The Penthouse Apartments are superb, duplex apartments located on the third and fourth floors of this stunning mill conversion. Each apartment is individually accessed via the lift, or alternatively from the exterior stairs and decked walkways.  The glass wall in the living area puts the Penthouse Apartment in a class of its own and enables the discerning guest to take full advantage of the breathtaking views over the town of Hebden Bridge and spectacular surrounding countryside. 

The lower floor allows you to enjoy spacious, open plan living with a comfortable lounge and fully fitted kitchen/dining area with double doors opening onto the decked balcony. In addition there is a WC cloakroom with washer/drier and a further storage cupboard.

Contemporary styling, soft, neutral décor and high quality furnishings are a feature of this whole development. The lounge area has leather sofas, oak furniture, flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of books and games.

Stairs rise from just inside the front door to the upper floor where you will find the en suite bedrooms.

Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and ample drawer space together with a high quality bed and luxury headboard.  Duvets, plump pillows and crisp white bed linen are provided and of course the beds will be made ready for your arrival. Also provided is a hair dryer, alarm clock and wall mounted TV.

The en suite to the double room has a bath with shower and glass screen over, wash hand basin and WC whilst the en suite to the twin room has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. A selection of toiletries, bath mats and towels are provided. 


The new twin/twin bedroom arrangement is ideal for a party of 4 adults willing to share.
There is a minimum 2 night stay with his bedroom arrangement type.
Large dining area and each twin bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, free parking, free WiFi.

This type of bedroom request can only be guaranteed at the time of booking and not on arrival.
Unfortunately we do not accept hen or stag groups and the property cannot be used as a party venue of any kind.

All our apartments are smoke free and all public and private spaces are non smoking.

Parking:

We offer one secure parking space per apartment.

Check In:

After 3.00 p.m.

Check Out:

After 10.00 a.m.

Cancellation:

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children’s Cots:

Extra beds and baby cots are available but need to be requested in advance.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

Wooden Floors:

Oak wooden floors and decking unsuitable for stiletto heels

Parties:

Are not permitted in individual properties at the Mill. This is in the interest of all guests staying at Croft Mill.

For small private functions a rooftop conservatory and garden is available at an additional charge and this needs to be requested at time of booking.
